To conduct criteria-first analysis, market scanning, and delivery of filtered property options tailored to your documented requirements.

To respond to inquiries submitted through our website, schedule consultations, and maintain ongoing advisory correspondence.
Due diligence support
To coordinate legal, structural, and financial verification processes during active client engagements.
Service improvement
To analyze aggregated usage patterns and improve the quality of our advisory methodology and digital tools. This is a secondary purpose.

FEUDO® collects only the personal data necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice. The categories of data we collect are:

To identify you as a contact or client.

To schedule consultations and conduct advisory calls.

For written correspondence and follow-up.
Investment profile
Your stated budget range, target property type, and investment objectives.
FEUDO® does not collect sensitive personal data as defined by Article 3 of the LFPDPPP. We do not process data related to racial or ethnic origin, health condition, religious beliefs, political opinions, biometric data, sexual preferences, or genetic data.

FEUDO® does not transfer, sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
Transfers of your personal data may occur exclusively in the following circumstances, which do not require your prior consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP:
When required by a competent authority under applicable Mexican law or judicial order.
When necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between FEUDO® and you.
When necessary to protect your vital interests or those of third parties.
In no case will your personal data be transferred to third parties outside of the circumstances listed above without your explicit prior consent.

ARCO Rights
Under the LFPDPPP, you have the right to exercise the following rights with respect to your personal data held by FEUDO®:
Access (Acceso)
Request confirmation of whether FEUDO® processes your personal data, and obtain a copy of that data along with information about the conditions of processing.
Rectification (Rectificación)
Request correction of your personal data when it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
Cancellation (Cancelación)
Request deletion of your personal data from our records when you believe it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
Opposition (Oposición)
Oppose the processing of your personal data for specific purposes, including secondary purposes such as service improvement analytics.
