I didn't grow up in real estate. Which is exactly why I saw it differently. I come from building tech companies, scaling systems that don't need babysitting, and brands people bought to feel part of something.
I played at a global level — exhibitions in Europe and the US, operations in seven countries, and a presence in a niche that didn't chase price. It filtered by identity.
In 2020, I endeavoured into my first investment in Cancún. Not because I was “looking to invest,” but because I felt the need of something different. What I found was a real estate market stuck in the past. Flashy on the surface. Fragile underneath.
By 2021, I closed my first deals. No ads, no backdoor favors. Just logic, leverage, and proof of concept. In 2022, I launched a company. Today, I lead FEUDO® not as another CEO, but as the Feudal Founder.
